Judy Elston, CRS, GRI, MRE 

Judy is our Chief Executive Officer and Sales Manager.  She earned her sales and broker's licenses in 1989 and started Aux Arcs Real Estate, Inc. in 1993. Judy earned her Master of Real Estate in 2001. Community involvement is important to Judy, serving on Skaggs Community Hospital Board, Stone County Economic Development & past president of the Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce. She has developed a team of full-time professionals who are well respected in the area for their integrity, capability and commitment to exemplary   service. Judy instills in her agents the maxim, "This is a people business--give the people what  they want."

Jim Boeker, CRS, GRI, MRE, SRES 

Jim is our manager of the Hollister office. Moving to the area from St. Louis he earned his sales and broker's licenses in 1982 and his Master of Real Estate in 2000. He has an in-depth knowledge of real estate practice and makes sure the Aux Arcs HOLLISTER Team functions with precision and professionalism. Jim has served as secretary/treasurer, vice president and three years on the local board of REALTORS.  Jim was the 2004 president of the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS, and received the very coveted REALTOR of the year in 2005.

Janet Bezzerides, GRI

Janet brings over 20 years of experience in sales & marketing to the real estate market in the Tri-Lakes Area.  Originally trained in sales and customer service in photography, Janet spent seven years as an advertising and marketing specialist in the radio industry.

Becoming a full time real estate salesperson in ‘05 was a natural step for this custom home builders’ daughter who says, “The sweetest smell in the world is freshly sawn lumber.”

Jay Pilgrim

As a long time resident and business owner, Jay brings to this profession her knowledge of the area and ability to work with people.  "I love a challenge and will work tirelessly to see that you are pleased and comfortable with any transaction we have entered into."  Jay moved to the Kimberling City area from the Chicago suburbs 23 years ago and, over the years, has worn a number of different hats.  Jay has done interior decorating, worked for developers and has worked as a rental manager.  She has owned and worked in the automotive service business, the tour business and owned and operated a small retail shop that dealt in accent furnishing pieces.

Jan Horner, GRI

Jan is a Kansas native and, after moving to Kimberling City in 1989, “cannot imagine living anywhere else.”  Her interests include gardening and spoiling grandchildren on their occasional visits. Jan holds a Broker/sales license and has earned her GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) designation. She is a member of the Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors, and the National Association Of Realtors. She joined Aux Arcs Real Estate, Inc. in 1994. June is an enthusiastic, hard working, full time Broker/Salesperson. She spent many years as a legal assistant in Real Estate Law with her late husband, but now says she just wants to live on the lake, work as a Realtor showing lake properties and enjoy this great area. She has owned property on Table Rock Lake for over 12 years and says that this area is the "Worlds Best Kept Secret" for retirement, entertainment, beautiful scenery and reasonable housing costs. Nita Jane is the “home grown” member of our team who can trace her family roots to this area for several generations back.  Her family learned the meaning of eminent domain when preparations for building Table Rock Lake were being made.  She has a passion for working to create a better place to live and demonstrates this passion by serving on several community boards.  Some of those include the Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce Board, Stone County Economic Development Board, Skaggs Community Health Center Board of Trustees, and the Metropolitan National Bank Board.  Some of her past service includes serving as a member of the Branson West Board of Aldermen and the Branson West Planning and Zoning Commission.  She shares her home with two black and white kitties, K.C. and Star, and enjoys spending time on the lake. Nita has been a licensed Missouri Real Estate Broker for more than 20 years.  She will listen to you and patiently help match you to your desired property.

Kent Leslie

Born and raised in the Ozarks, Kent joined the Aux Arcs team in 2005 and brings over 35 years of sales & marketing experience to Aux Arcs Real Estate, Inc. Before relocating back to the Table Rock Lake area in 1989, Kent spent many years in store management with Sears and in sales management with Borg Warner Automotive Corp. Most recently, past 12 years, Kent has been the sales manager for a local marine dealer, helping his clients to get the most out of their lake experience. If you have any questions about the lake or the lake area, Kent will find the answer for you! Scott Kent-Director of Information Technology

Scott came to Aux Arcs in the Fall of 1999 after having moved to the area from Wichita, Ks. He began with the company as a fulltime Realtor serving the Tri-Lakes area. He took over the duties as fulltime web master August of 2003. Computers come "natural" to him and he has had years of experience working on home computers as well as company computers. Before Real Estate Scott was on staff at his church, employed with Pinkerton Security and was a reserve captain with the Wichita Police Dept. All of which all "called" on Scott to fix their computers. Scott is married and has three school aged children at home. Wife Connie is a nurse at Skaggs Hospital in Branson. Sydney Ridley-Administrative Assistant

It wasn't very long ago that Sydney moved to the Ozarks with her husband from Flagstaff, AZ. While living in Flagstaff, AZ Sydney had a successful home based business publishing children's storybooks, so that she could stay at home while raising their children.

Now beginning another season of life, Sydney is delighted to assist Aux Arcs Real Estate Agents. Most times she is the first one you will talk to, with a phone call to Aux Arcs Real Estate.
