Complete "follow-through" of a transaction continues to be the most important aspect of our service. From the first meeting of the client or customer, our agents are committed to total service. After we have found the "right" home, the follow-up starts. We will help you prepare an offer that not only will protect you legally, but will assist you with what should be included in order to purchase the property at the right price and in a timely manner.

Items that may not be completely familiar to you, such as title insurance, surveys, termite inspections, property inspections, loan information etc., are things that we make sure are included when necessary. This will insure that your transaction will be as smooth and worry free as possible.

After you "close" and move in, we still offer more follow-through. You are in a new area and may need help with finding certain providers such as accountants, attorneys, contractors, painters, plumbers, and even auto mechanics. We've been in these hills for years and are familiar with the good ones and the bad ones. We gladly share this information with you. All you need do is ask!

Our offices are equipped with the most up-to-date computer system in the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS. Every agent is equipped with his or her own personal computer, which is linked to the local MLS so that we are able to instantly find any property in the area that fits your needs.
